| Come be a part of our Youth Group In our world, everyone has an opinion- even about very important issues like Heaven, Hell, the meaning of life, what's right, what's wrong, etc. Can you believe whatever you want? Does it even matter? How can I know who is right? At Cornerstone, we believe the most important thing we can do is share the truth of God's Word. The Bible is the absolute source of all truth. If you have questions about life, we can show you answers based on the truths found in God's Word. From the Bible, you can get answers for every question and problem in life. If you're tired of pretending to be someone so that other people will accept you...quit playing the game. Quit risking your future for someone else's approval. You will find real friendships and support here. The common bond is that we all want to know God personally and live out His purposes in our lives. Our Youth Group is full of teens going through many of the same situations as you. We have home schoolers, high schoolers, and middle schoolers throughout the Phoenix area. You may even recognize someone from your school! Teens come from different backgrounds and families to form a sort of "family" of our own. We're brought together by a simple desire to know God more and to live as He intended us to. I hope you'll find a friendly spirit and welcoming attitude at Cornerstone. So come on in, we're waiting to meet you! We have two weekly meetings Teen Sunday School (Sundays @ 9AM) Every Sunday we meet together to study and learn from God's Word. After taking some time to catch up with each other, we have a brief assembly time before turning our focus to the lesson from the Bible. We'll tackle even the tough topics and currents issues as seen through the pages of Scripture. Wednesday Night Youth Group (Wednesdays @ 7PM) Our youth group meets every Wednesday throughout the year. We have icebreaker games, food eating contests, and outdoor games that usually force a smile and make you laugh. We also have a time where you can share needs, burdens, and requests with others who care enough to pray for them. Then, we look to God's Word for a practical message that applies to our everday lives. |
